My Corpus was a disaster! On Wednesday, I missed the Tarasca Parade, so I didn't see the big heads, the dragon or the giants. I was sad because I really wanted to see the Parade.

On Thursday, I went to the town centre to see some of the altars, for example, the altar outside of the cathedral. It was very interesting for me.

On Friday, I went to the fair. I was super super excited and I didn't stop smiling! I went on the Big Wheel, the Viking Boat and 'Projekt'. They were very fun. Most of the time I was not scared, except when we went on the Big Wheel and it stopped when we were at the top! The views of the fair and Granada from the top of the Big Wheel were amazing! Also at the fair, I didn't eat cotton candy or a toffee apple. I saw some of the tents and I listened to some music.

I wanted to go back to the fair, however on Saturday and Sunday I was sick, so I didn't go to the fair again.

  2. During Corpus Cristi I went to the fair three times. The rides were cheaper on Tuesday so I rode the the orange rollarcoaster and the Skyflyer. I didn't ride the Ferris Wheel because it was too slow and too expensive. I wanted to ride the Bungy Ride (the ride with two people in a round, plastic, shell that shoots into the air on two elastic bands) but it was not possible because it was also too expensive. When I went to the fair on Wednesday and Saturday, I danced and sang with my friends and we ate lots of cotton candy. The fair in Granada was a lot bigger than the fair in my hometown. In Malibu (my hometown) the fair is in August but there are only a few rides. It is called the “Chili Cook-off” because during the day there is a competition to see who can cook the best Chili (Chili is a type of soup that has beans, corn, meat, and tomatoes and it is served with sweet corn bread). Later, during the night, everyone comes to ride the rollarcoasters and play the fair games.

On Wednesday I was near the town hall on Gran Via and I saw the Tarasca. My friends said that there were fireworks on Saturday but I didn't see them. I really enjoyed the Corpus fair and the week of Corpus Cristi!

  3. In this Corpus Christi, I went to the fair with my friends, and we got on the Crazy Kangaroo, on the Roller Coaster, on the Waterfall and on the Crazy Bull two times.

On Wednesday I didn’t see the Tarasca because I was in Sevilla, but I saw a photo of it. It was fantastic! I saw a lot of places in Sevilla: The Giralda, The Cathedral, The Park of Maria Luisa, the Nazaries Palaces, the Guadalquivir river... It was beautiful!

On Thursday I went to see the procession and I saw some altars and the “carocas”. Later, I went to eat with some friends. I ate rice, fried potatoes, chicken and fruit. They were delicious!

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday I didn’t make special things: I went to buy, I read and I studied.

In those days I was very happy.
